G. Martin Street, Jr. is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Martin received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi in 1982 where he was selected for membership in Omicron Delta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctorate from Ole Miss in 1987. During law school, he was selected for membership in Phi Delta Phi and was elected Chairman of the Moot Court Board. He also received a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University in 1998.
He has over 25 years of litigation experience in general insurance defense including premises liability, personal injury, trucking accidents, mass torts, multi-family and/or public housing issues and coverage opinions.
He served two years active duty in the U.S. Army at Fort Knox, Kentucky and Fort Polk, Louisiana.
